ArgoMD does not accept returns on prescription medication. This page explains what can be canceled, refunded, replaced, or reviewed.
Last updated: September 14, 2026
Prescription medication cannot be returned, restocked, or resold once the pharmacy has processed, dispensed, or shipped an order. Medication sales are final at that point.
For patient safety and pharmacy regulations, ArgoMD and its pharmacy partners cannot accept returns of prescription medication, including unopened or unused medication.
Please check your order details carefully before submitting payment and contact us immediately if anything looks wrong.
If your order has not yet been sent to, processed by, dispensed by, or shipped from the pharmacy, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund.
Contact us as soon as possible through the patient portal or at support@argomd.com. Cancellation is not guaranteed once pharmacy processing begins.
If a licensed provider determines that a prescription is not appropriate before the order is sent to the pharmacy, any medication charge collected for that treatment will be refunded.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your medication arrives damaged, defective, or different from the medication listed on your order.
After review, we may replace the order, issue a refund, or coordinate next steps with the pharmacy.
If tracking shows no movement, a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or a shipment appears lost, contact us promptly. We will review the shipment with the carrier and pharmacy. Carrier investigations may be required before a replacement or refund can be approved.
Subscription refill charges are also final once the pharmacy has processed, dispensed, or shipped the refill. To avoid an unwanted refill, update or cancel your subscription in the patient portal before the next processing date.
For account, billing, or order questions, message us in the patient portal, email support@argomd.com, or call 888-393-1007.
Please do not send personal health details by regular email. Use the patient portal for anything involving your health information, prescriptions, or care.
ArgoMD may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the listed effective date.
